Review: Viz-People Services
2D People – check. Good quality – check. High resolution – check.
Waitrons, medical staff, flight attendant, service workers – check, check, check, check!
Viz-People’s latest release is People Service V1. Now niche is what we need (we now have this pack)! And this is definitely the first step to fulfilling a need in the industry.
Ask yourself how many times you’ve searched stock sights endlessly for the correct waitress? At the correct angle? That doesn’t have her legs cropped?! (You will sense my frustration and realise how many hours I have spent doing this). It is FINALLY just a folder away.

Sift through the ambient and directly lit models (454 images) in the catalogue for this pack. Need it? Priced at the same fee as most of the other packs, it can be yours for 90 Euros. If you do service inclined renders or have one coming up, this pack will prove it’s value faster than you think.
If you recall our previous review on one of the Casual Packs, you can’t falter the edges. I personally like to defringe by a pixel or two, depending on the project, but it’s an easy cut and paste to get these models into your working file. Be careful to select the correct layer if you’ve opted for the Photoshop files – the default shadow selection can be really frustrating.
To their credit through, Viz-People have started to include different races. Sadly not in this particular Service Pack, but to the People Casual V4 one.

I’m still holding thumbs for more, especially with such diverse clients in my highly diverse country.
Then, in the spirit of Friday – why don’t you download a free sample from this great service pack? Yes, a delivery employee freeeeee!
